(Due to the self-funding nature of the conference with no sponsors, we are sorry that we are not able to offer waivers other than for PhD students)
Abstract Submission Deadline: November 20, 2026
Arrival: December 20, 2026
Departure: December 23, 2026 (Local cultural tour may be arranged on December 24, 2026 for interested participants and extra night stays will be charged separately) by the hotel

Registration Fee for International Speakers/Participants: JPY 75,000 (1 per room)

Registration Fee for Indian Speakers/Participants:INR 35,000 (one per room)/24,000 (2 per room)

With an accompanying person, the registration fee is INR 40,000

Discounted Registration Fee for Indian Students: INR 15,000 (Shared accommodation)

In addition, Speakers and Participants from Japan will be picked up from Hyderabad airport to reach the conference venue, and will be dropped in the Hyderabad airport from the conference venue.
